This local print shop changed its name and location after 10 years and was having trouble re-establishing its expertise within the community and clarifying what services it offered.

I implemented an industry-specific email campaign targeting services relevant to each and added a coupon using word art in the shape of a heart made from their list of services to reinforce their love of the community.
