Transferring their website to a new e-commerce platform was a big leap for this family-owned business, but with over 200 products, it was necessary to provide a better user experience. Unfortunately, most of the site was not visible on desktop due to limited design customization and had very little to no content, keywords, CTAs or navigational cues.

After conducting a thorough analysis of what could be done to enhance its design, functionality and SEO, I created an entirely new homepage with sections for the company's new USP, About, Reviews & Testimonials, Product Features, and search-by categories. I also researched the most frequently searched questions regarding the products and created a robust FAQs page which I then broke down into separate blogs on the same topics.
