For this local charity fundraiser event, I was responsible for overall event planning, venue selections, vendor relations, creating site plans and itineraries, developing EPKs, promotion, publicity, ceremony, celebrity endorsement, rider outreach, website creation and maintenance, volunteer coordination, sponsorship, and acting as day-of POC.

In the first year, I increased online engagement 500% and expanded reach to national television, local radio and print news and over a dozen online sources.
